Usage Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the “ROAR” Over-The-Top (OTT) streaming service (the “Service”), owned and operated by Shree Varu Promotions (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Service, including our website, applications, and all video content (the “Content”) streamed through it. By creating an account, making a purchase, or accessing our Content, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service provides you with the ability to stream the “ROAR” documentary and other related Content on a paid basis (e.g., one-time purchase, rental, or subscription).

3. Payments and Billing

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchase through our designated payment provider.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any purchases made on the Service.

This “No Refund” policy applies to all purchase types and for all reasons, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the Content, technical issues on your end (e.g., poor internet), accidental purchases, or partial or unwatched Content. Once a payment is completed, it is non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership

  • A. Our Proprietary Content: The Service and its entire original contents, features, and functionality (including all video, audio, text, and images) are in-house productions owned by Shree Varu Promotions. Shree Varu Promotions is the sole and exclusive owner of the complete copyright and all other intellectual property rights to this original Content, including the “ROAR” documentary.
  • B. Third-Party & Creative Commons Materials: You acknowledge that certain segments within the Content (such as specific archival footage, photographs, or music) may be sourced from third parties and used under specific licenses, including Creative Commons (CC) licenses. Our use of this material is in accordance with those license terms. The original creators of this third-party material retain their respective copyrights, and these segments are subject to the copyright claims and license terms of their original authors.

6. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service and stream the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This license expressly prohibits you from:

  • Downloading, copying, capturing, or storing the Content.
  • Reproducing, distributing, or publicly performing the Content.
  • Selling, renting, or leasing access to the Service.
  • Sharing your account login details.

Any breach of this license is a violation of our intellectual property rights and may result in the immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree Varu Promotions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. If terminated, you will not be eligible for a refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
